::stands on the deck. He watches people walking to and fro and nods to himself. He looks at everything on deck and sighs. The only ship he has ever been on is Charon's ferry across the River Acheron and the River Cocytus. Not much of a ship and definitly not a sea faring vessel. He sighs and checks what few supplies he has on him. He walks back to his horse, Obsidian, and checks his saddlebags.::"I'm going to need more tabac, another whetstone...better make it two...hmm...should be enough golden apples...healing salves are set...food...I think I'll pick up some blast powder too. Hmmm...What am I forgetting Obsidian?"::the horse neighs and shakes its head. He smiles and hops on his back and heads to a nearby town to pick up his supplies.::

::He climbs down and walks into a weaponsmith and looks around. The smith comes from the back and looks up at Reave::"What can I do ya for son?" ::Reave looks up and smiles:: "Just a couple of whetstones, master smith." ::The smith nods and tosses him two whetstones and smiles::"You with that ship out yonder? The Dawn's Passage?" "I plan to journey with it, yes." ::The smith nods and Reave walks out the door and across the street. He enters the tradeshop and buys a 4 pouches of tabac and a large bag of blast powder and a bunch of small coconut shells cut in half. Also he buys 2 feet of fuse wire. Putting all this into a bag except the powder, which is in its own oilcloth bag to keep it from getting wet, he heads back to the ship.::

::He climbs up on deck and sighs::"Can anyone tell me where to bunk, and whether Obsidian can make the voyage with me? I'd like to set my stuff down and unsaddle my companion and get him some grain."
