*Returning from a ways into the trees, the young woman made a large loop to avoid the area where they were felling. Her cloak was off and over her shoulder, full of...something. Those who were getting to know her would soon be coming to the realization that she always carried all her weapons.*

Maybe that loop was a bit too big...That looks like a long stretch of beach. Of course, that is also a big stack of trees. And why have none of them been topped? Well...the branches might be useful for other things. And here I am talking to myself yet again. I am so thirsty. I need to buy a waterskin that will tie about my waist or some such. The walk really is not that far. We could almost build a new ship. Not as big, though. I wonder why Fireforge gets seasick? That is not my buisness. I am so tired of carrying these stinky leaves. If I quit talking to myself, I might not be as thirsty and...Thank goodness!

*Dropping her load next to the nearly finished raft, The halfling drank deeply from the watergourd she had left sitting there. Picking op a flat piece of wood, she began pulling leaves from her cloak/sack and laying them over the raft. She then proceeded to rub the wood atop, bruising them and working the liquid into the bark. After about five minutes, the halfling looked at her progress assessingly.*

Good. Should definitely be done by dawn.

I exist as Diana, develop Proserpina, and accept Hekate. I am complete.
